n July 11-12, 2018, a two-day training took place in Chok-Tal village of Issyk-Kul Oblast to discuss this topic with representatives of local municipalities and CSOs. During the training, the participants from Batken managed to prepare their plans for the forthcoming events together with the representatives of the selected non-profit organization. The activities are aimed at changing the indifferent attitude of the townspeople towards maintaining cleanliness in the city.
