On October 8, 2014, 36 participants including University students, faculty members, and CSO representatives attended a guest lecture of Keneshbek Sainazarov, Country Director of Search for Common Ground on "Ethics in Nonprofit Sector of Kyrgyzstan". The participants dived into the atmosphere of learning new notions, discussing different aspects of ethics in nonprofit sector, sharing experience by CSO representatives, professors, and lecturer's extended experience working with nonprofits.

The participants of the guest lecture got responses to a number of questions, including: What is ethics? What is ethics in nonprofit sector? Who are internal and external actors and stakeholders in the nonprofit sector? What impact do they have on a nonprofit organization and their image overall? The guest lecture was informative, lively and interesting and provided the opportunity for sharing experience and learning more about nonprofit sector and ethics.

The guest lecture was organized as part of the USAID Collaborative Governance Program in collaboration with the hub-Kyrgyz National University for the Consortium of Universities at the Nonprofit Management Resource Center, Kyrgyz National University.
