On May 11, the Public Foundation “Sustenance and Development of the Rule-of-Law”, with the support of the Supreme Court of the Kyrgyz Republic, conducted a roundtable together to discuss the recommendations of the Working Group on improving the legislation that governs the mechanism of publishing judicial acts and information on court hearings on the website sot.kg. The working group suggested a number of amendments to the legislation and drafted detailed instructions for publication of judicial acts.
