On May 24-26, 2016, Public Fund “Blagodat” in partnership with Public Funds “Family to Every Child” and “Smile.kg” conducted a 3-day training course for 25 volunteers on new technologies and methods of providing assistance to children with special needs and their families in the city of Osh. Volunteers were familiarized with the peculiarities of working with children diagnosed with mental retardation (MR), infantile cerebral palsy (ICP), and deafness. This initiative is supported by the Collaborative Governance Program, funded by USAID and DFID.
