On October 29, 2016, USAID Collaborative Governance Program (CGP) supported a “Windows of Opportunities” initiative organized by Public Foundation “Open Line” and hosted by American University of Central Asia in Bishkek. The event was in a form of a TEDx, a program of local self-organized conferences that operate under TED (Technology Entertainment Design – nonprofit organization in USA. http://www.ted.com/) international license and are designed to promote innovative ideas, inspire audience with personal example of the speakers, promote creative approach to life, and initiate active discussions.  As part of the TEDx "Window of Opportunity," ten key speakers shared their ideas and achievements as experts in different fields, including representatives of culture and arts, business, science, government, and civil society. CGP supported the “Windows of Opportunities” by printing 233 bags (valued at $1,000) for the participants.
