On June 16, 2017, the Association of NPM Educators (ANPME) provided a fee-based professional development seminar for 27 faculty members of Jalal-Abad State University (JASU), with the support of USAID Collaborative Governance Program. Coordinator and trainer of the NPM Resource Center at Osh State University Baktygul Maksytova, and trainer of the ANPME and professor of Jalal-Abad State University Salmoorbek Umetov conducted the seminar and presented interactive methods of teaching the developed NPM courses at universities. The participants of the seminar had an opportunity to see how to use various interactive methods, establish a stable relationship with students, and conduct an effective lesson. The trainers split the participants into groups to simulate classes using interactive techniques, followed by analysis of the proposed approach so that every participant might use the suggested methodology while teaching NPM courses at universities.
